Hello! My name is Tiffany and I am a full stack developer based in Calgary, Alberta. I have a passion for creating innovative and user-friendly websites and applications. I am excited to be part of the development community and I am always looking for ways to improve my skills and take on new challenges.

I have an abundance of professional work experience and have developed the soft skills necessary to work as a valued member of any size team. I understand the importance of clear communication, time management and attention to detail. Ecommerce app with admin dashboard & CRUD operations.

This ecommerce craft store app features a seamless UI with product filter & search along with an admin dashboard that allows the store operator to manage products, promotions & orders. The app was built using React Router & the Context API.

Trivia app with various question categories. The game tracks the player's score in state.

This trivia app was built using React & React Router. The trivia questions are fetched from a third party API, Open Trivia Database. The app uses state, held in context, to track the player's score until the game is reset. The app is intentionally styled with a retro feel.

Animal Charity Website

Live website designed, built and maintained for an animal charity on a volunteer basis.

I am a volunteer web developer for Four Feet Companion Foundation, and this website was custom designed and built for them. Going through the process of designing and building for someone else was a great learning experience for me. I was fortunate enough to receive the below testimonials regarding my work:

Movie Finder App

App that recommends movies & TV shows to the user, with data from an external API.

This movie finder app uses an external API call to The Movie DB to fetch lists of the top 20 trending movies and TV shows of the week. The user can click on either the movie or TV button to get a random recommendation from the selected top 20 list. This app uses Netlify serverless functions to conceal the API key.
